Availability
PinDoc Rotisseries and accessories are built in batches at the end of each month, and orders normally ship at the beginning of the month.

When an item is shown as in stock, it’s ready to ship and usually ships within 5 business days. ​If an item is out of stock, please allow 15 – 45 days for me to build, prepare, and ship your order. LE versions generally take a little longer due to the additional processes involved in offering the powder-coated finish.

Domestic Shipping
​​​Shipping and handling charges are built into the final price for all orders within the contiguous U.S. states plus DC — no surprises at checkout. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other areas outside of the contiguous U.S.A. will require additional shipping charges.

Canada Shipping
International shipping to Canada is available. The website automatically applies any required additional shipping costs during checkout.

Rest Of The World Shipping
International shipping is available for purchases in many countries. For a UPS international shipping estimate, please send me your complete shipping address, email, and phone number. You can message me using the “Contact Us” tab above or email support@pindocpinball.com.

Return & Refund
At PinDoc Pinball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. A 30-day return policy applies to all products, starting from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item within this period, please contact us with the reason for the return.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 5% restocking fee will apply.
No returns are accepted after 30 days, except for warrantied items. Refunds are issued within 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Privacy & Safety
My website is hosted on Wix.com, which uses secure servers, encryption, and firewalls to protect your data. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers, and we do not store full payment details.
I do not sell or share your personal information, except with trusted service providers when necessary to fulfil your order.
